Can I change items in my order?

Once an order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to edit the items in the order. Please double check the details including the size and colors before you confirm and checkout. If you have any additional concerns or questions, please contact us at Admin@choosehomegrown.com and we will do our best to address any issues.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us at Admin@choosehomegrown.com as soon as possible with your name and order number and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.

I used the wrong address on my order, what should I do?

If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Please contact us at Admin@choosehomegrown.com with your order number and an updated address and we will do our best to assist you. You will be liable for any reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if applicable).

I received a faulty or incorrect item, what should I do?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you believe you have received a faulty item as part of your order, please contact us per our Returns Policy and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

When will I get my item?

All orders placed through ChooseHomegrown.com are made to order so it typically takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order. The shipping time and cost depends on the item and your location and estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout. Please make sure to review and confirm the estimated order delivery time frame meets your needs before you checkout. Once an order has been placed we may not be able to cancel it.

How can I redeem promotional codes?

Enter the promo code during the checkout in the Discount Code field below the products. You should see a new updated Total in the Order Summary if your promo code was successfully entered.

Promotional codes may have limitations. Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, credit or towards previous purchases. Discounts may not be valid for select sale items and exclusions may be applicable. Typically promo codes not valid towards shipping and taxes unless otherwise stated. Promo codes may not be used in combination with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated. Promo codes cannot be redeemed for any cash value and are not valid after the expiration date. If any item purchased using a promo code is returned, the value of the promo code will not be refunded. Promo codes are void where prohibited if copied, reproduced, sold or transferred. Promo codes will not be replaced if lost or stolen. We reserve the right to end or modify promotions at any time and without notice.

When offered, "Free Shipping" means free economy shipping. Economy shipping means free shipping within the United States. Delivery times may be slightly longer - typically around 4-8 business days after the item leaves our fulfillment center. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
