1. Orders & Changes
Can I change items in my order?
Once an order has been placed, unfortunately we are unable to edit the items in the order. Please double check the details including the size and colors before you confirm and checkout. If you have any additional concerns or questions, please contact us at Admin@choosehomegrown.com and we will do our best to address any issues.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us at Admin@choosehomegrown.com as soon as possible with your name and order number and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.
I used the wrong address on my order, what should I do?
If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Please contact us at Admin@choosehomegrown.com with your order number and an updated address as soon as you are able and we will do our best to assist you. You will be liable for any reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if applicable).
I received a faulty or incorrect item, what should I do?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you believe you have received a faulty item as part of your order, please contact us per our Returns Policy and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
Do you offer additional sizes?
Some items may be available in sizes beyond those shown online. Because availability varies by garment and style, please contact us if you need a size that isn't listed and we'll be happy to check special-order options.
2. Payments & Pre-Orders
When will I be charged for my order?
For regular orders, payment is authorized at checkout and collected when your order is processed for fulfillment.
For pre-orders, payment is authorized at checkout and collected shortly after we review your order, before the item ships. You may initially see a pending authorization on your account before the payment is authorized.
What if my order includes both in-stock and pre-order items?
If your order includes any pre-order items, payment for the entire order will be collected shortly after review, including in-stock items, shipping and applicable taxes.
Items may ship separately. Please refer to the individual pre-order product page for its estimated shipping date.
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order items are produced according to the schedule outlined on their product pages. Each pre-order will have a clearly identified order deadline and estimated shipping timeframe.
Please review these dates before placing your order as pre-order fulfillment timelines differ from our standard made-to-order products.
3. Shipping & Delivery
When will I get my item?
Most orders placed through Choose Homegrown are made to order and typically take 3-7 business days to fulfill. The shipping time and cost depends on the item and your location and estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.
Pre-order and Limited Edition items may have different fulfillment schedules. Please check the individual product page for order deadlines and estimated shipping dates.
We recommend reviewing all estimated delivery timelines before checkout, as orders may not be eligible for cancellation once placed.
Limited Edition / Special Event Collections
From time to time, Choose Homegrown creates Limited Edition collections for local events, seasonal campaigns and community initiatives. Availability may be limited, and some items may be excluded from sitewide promotions, discounts or Free Shipping.
When a specific purchase includes a fundraising or give-back component, we’ll clearly identify that on the relevant product or collection page.
For these Limited Edition local collections, the Order By date will be clearly outlined on product pages, collection pages and anywhere else we can think of! Please pay close attention to "Order By" dates to make sure you understand when your merchandise will arrive!
What does Local Express Shipping mean?
Local Express Shipping means UPS Ground - which is estimated as 1-2 business days in the SoCal area.
Free Shipping over $79 promotion
When offered, "Free Shipping" means free economy shipping. Economy shipping means free shipping within the United States. Delivery times may be slightly longer - typically around 4-8 business days after the item leaves our fulfillment center. See our Shipping Policy for more information. Exclusions may apply.
Not all products are eligible for Free Shipping. Eligible items are most T shirts (not including Limited Edition or Special Event T-shirts), most hoodies, and hats. Pre-order items are excluded.
4. Promotions & Offers
How can I redeem promotional codes?
Enter the promo code during the checkout in the Discount Code field below the products. You should see a new updated Total in the Order Summary if your promo code was successfully entered.
Promotional codes may have limitations. Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, credit or towards previous purchases. Discounts may not be valid for select sale items and exclusions may be applicable. Typically promo codes are not valid towards shipping and taxes unless otherwise stated. Promo codes may not be used in combination with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated. Promo codes cannot be redeemed for any cash value and are not valid after the expiration date. If any item purchased using a promo code is returned, the value of the promo code will not be refunded. Promo codes are void where prohibited if copied, reproduced, sold or transferred. Promo codes will not be replaced if lost or stolen. We reserve the right to end or modify promotions at any time and without notice.

5. Local Partners & Community Impact
How Shopping With Choose Homegrown Creates Local Impact
Choose Homegrown works with local businesses, schools, creators and community organizations through a variety of partnership models. Depending on the collection, purchases may generate revenue for a local partner, support a school or community program through a merchandise partnership, or participate in a separately identified fundraising campaign.
The way each partnership works can be different, so we provide additional information on collection and product pages whenever a purchase has a specific fundraising component. While the financial terms of our individual partner agreements remain private, our goal is to make it clear how your purchase is helping support the people, programs and organizations behind the collections. When a purchase is part of a specific charitable campaign, the applicable campaign page will clearly identify the beneficiary, eligible products, campaign period and contribution terms.
How do purchases from the HBAPA Merch Store support APA?
A percentage of every APA apparel sale goes directly back to that APA Department. Shopping by your Major is an easy way to support that specific department and program.
APA-branded merchandise that is not associated with an individual Department supports the broader APA program rather than a specific Department.
Do purchases from other Choose Homegrown partner collections support the partner?
Yes. Our partner collections are designed to create value for the local businesses and organizations we work with. Depending on the partnership, this may include sharing revenue from merchandise sales, supporting a school or organization through its own merchandise program, expanding awareness and reach, or participating in a separately structured fundraising campaign.
Does every Choose Homegrown purchase include a charitable donation?
No. Choose Homegrown supports the community in several different ways, and not every product is tied to a charitable contribution. When a collection or campaign directly benefits a specific program or cause, we identify that wherever it is relevant on product and campaign pages so you can understand the impact of your purchase.
How is Choose Homegrown supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month?
This October, Choose Homegrown, HB Riviera and She Rocks Fitness are featuring Limited Edition pink collections created for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We’re also shining a light on Breast Cancer Angels, a Huntington Beach-based nonprofit supporting breast cancer patients and families across Orange County. Customers can learn more about their work or donate directly to Breast Cancer Angels.
